Cubmaster

Kirk B. Forseth II became Cub Scout Pack 59 Cubmaster in January 2011, though he held the position of Assistant Cubmaster since March of 2010. He and his family have been members of Cub Scout Pack 59 since March 2010.

He started as a Cub Scout with Pack 3647 at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Catholic School in 1981, just a year before the Tiger Cubs Program was adapted by the Boy Scouts of America. He earned his Bobcat, Wolf, Bear and Webelos Badges, as well as the highest honor in Cub Scouting, the Arrow of Light.

Kirk is married to Jaime Forseth, our Advancement Chair, and has three children with her. Currently, their son Parker is a Wolf and youngest child Faith was just born on July 2010. He is a very creative individual, whom in his spare time, loves to write, draw, cook, and craft whenever possible.  Kirk views the three most important things in his life to be: 1) God, 2) Family and 3) Scouts.

His goal is to ensure that Cub Scout Pack 59 has memorable events that nurture, inspire and create lasting memories for each Scout.  He also wants every Scout to take full advantage of the Scouting Program and becomes the best, well rounded Citizen that he can be.  Leading by example, Kirk will not ask any Scout to do something that he has not done nor will not to do.
